How old is too old?

Anyone have any idea how long one of these will last cellared?





We're moving soon and as I was packing up my bar I found this bad boy sitting under it. It was produced on Jan. 2, 2010. I figure it's gotta be like any other can or bottle. It was kept in the dark at an ambiant 64°F year round. Just wondering if you think it'll still be as tasty or tastier than it would've been two years ago. As far as I remeber hefe's don't cellar well.

I'd say it's about 2 years too old. Hefes are generally best fresh.

2 years ... give it a try. May be stale, but you might be surprised. Cool it down and give it a try. Worst that can happen is you pour it down the sink.

My money is that it is 'OK' and you drink it.
