For bottle carbonation any idea how much you would increase the sugar amount to back sweeten and have a co2 volume of 2.6?...5.75 gallon batch.

Mildly sweet is the goal. On the dryer end of sweet. It has stayed about 68-70 F since fermentation has stopped. I will be pasteurizing

Typical bottle carbonation consumes 2-3 gravity points of sugar. So when you get to back sweetening before pasteurization, add an additional few points for the bubbles.

If you want to do it mathematically:
Let's say 5.5 gal into the bottling bucket and targeting 2.7 vol CO2.

https://www.morebeer.com/content/priming_sugar_calculator says to add 171 grams of dextrose (corn sugar).

Let's say you want to add another 5 gravity points for sweetness. Dextrose is 42 ppg, so
5 points / 42 points*gal/lb * 5.5 gal *454 grams/lb = 297 grams

Total needed = 171 + 297 = 468 grams dextrose.
