I made a wheat.
I heard from someone else i could use like 3pds of honey.
Without tasting the honey.....and it just drives up the alchol %.
I played it safe and used 1 pound.of some ordinary honey from WALDBAUMS supermaket (besides the 2 cans of malt)
Do you think I coulda added more? You think the honey will effect it? Is regular generic honey a bad move?

You can use all the honey you want, it ferments out pretty fully

So, use dextrose (corn sugar). It ferments out completely, is cheaper than honey in most places and adds little or nothing to the flavor. Granted, the higher ABV will unbalance the flavor profile in the brew.

If you want stronger beer, I think malt is alot cheaper than honey... and like I said, the honey ferments almost completely, you shouldnt taste it. Personally Id just add some malt, it is cheap, unless you are a bee keeper?
