How much headspace is to much and what is ok?

I made this mead called blueberry bliss following a recipe out of the The Big Book of Mead Recipes by Robert Ratliff and I am on the stage of letting it bulk age until clear. My question is how much headspace should I be worried about? Am I ok based on the elow picture or should I do something to remove the headspace?

I wouldn't lose sleep over that if you are just waiting for it to clear for bottling.
