How much for 2 gallons when bottling

I am going to bottle 2 gallons of my 5 gallons of Hefe....
How much dextrose to use and how much water to boil it in?
is there a formula per gallon?

Generally, an ounce of sugar (by weight) per gallon is a good amount. The amount of water doesn't matter- I use a cup or two just so it dissolves well and doesn't get too thick to mix well with the beer.
