How much DME?

I make Apfelweisen type brew & heard I should add some DME. I am not sure how much to add. this is what I use now to make it,

4- gal. Apple Juice
1/2 lbs. Brown Sugar
2- Sticks of Cinnamon
1- 12 oz. frozen can grape juice concentrate
1- package Nottingham Brewing Yeast

How much DME should I add into this?

I am finishing with premium Apple Juice 60 oz.
 
I'd just use 1 pund of light DME. You have a lot of fermentables already

Should I drop something to make room for the DME? Like the sugar?
What can I do to make it a little sweeter? I switched from champagne yeast to ale yeast and it helped. What else can I do for the flavor @ the end?
 
the brown sugar isn't going to give you much flavor at the end, just slightly higher alcohol content.

what flavor are you looking for?
