Lets kick this off.

I just mixed 6lbs of orange blossom honey with a one-gallon moscato kit and topped it off for what will hopefully be a nice pyment.

Wow, half way through the year, and as a group we’re approaching two adults annual home brew production limit (counting mead alone).

I'm relatively new to the craft of mead making, my first brew was a 5 gallon mulberry and wildflower honey mead, it's six months old now and is aging beautifluly.
Currently have 1 gal of wildflower honey with t58 and 1 gal of wildflower with s04 just to experiment with both yeast.

so in total so far 7 gallons.
