so its 2:24 am. eastern time. how many gallons of home brew (BEER) for 2011? this does not included: mead, cider, soda, or anything that is not included in the description of beer.

Plus do not post what you are going to be brewing until you have brewed it.

As well as last years brews that are already in process before the stroke of midnight do not count. example brew in primary, secondary, aging, or in keg. they only count if you were actually in the process of creating wort at that time or after.

Edit: Please add your totals with the previous posters overall totals to the total amount and post
Honestly, i dont keep track, i live in a household with 3 adults so i know i never get near my "300 gallon legal limit" lol. But if i have to guess i would say around 90 gallons so far.

I will add in mine, as this is the first full year of brewing.

I have brewed 35 gallons so far this year.

Lemongrass Wit, Bavarian Hefe, Double Wit, Weizenbock, Shiner Blonde clone, HB 660 Brown Ale, Honey Hibiscus Wit.

I have 10 more planned in the next few weeks, and will add 'em in when they are into the fermemter. Plus I have to do my Oktoberfest at some point in the next month.

So....

20,620.5 + 35 =

20,655.5

Wife and kids were visiting her family...

20705.5 +
2.5 - Oatmeal Stout
5.0 - Moose Drool clone
4.5 - Jamil's Amber
20717.5

That's a good weekend for me, and tips me over the 50-Gallon mark. I feel like that milestone deserves a homebrew... :)

Cheers!
