10 gals this morning

2269.7 + 10 = 2279.7

5th all-grain batch, and my first with no major issues. Last batch turned out great despite numerous screw-ups, so I'm super excited about how this one will be!

5.5 gal this past Sunday.

2279.7 + 5.25 = 2284.95

Bought the recipe from Brewmasters....preboil was 7.25gal at 1.051....and I calculated 96.41% efficiency!

My god, one man has contributed to 2585 gallons of brew... A-MAZING! I tip my hat to you Ed...

I decided that my first AG will be this recipe...

just doughed in on 5 gallons of an all-Amarillo version (that counts, right?)...

2610.45

I have ten gallons fermenting away and have made 5 previous batches at five each. So...

2614.95 + 35 = 2649.95

krausen should start to fall back into ~6 gallons here today or tomorrow. 2661

I made it for the first time a few weeks ago, dryhopped with an Oz of cascade, I dont think I have ever had the urge to gulp down a hop filled gravity sample quite like on this beer.
