Sitting in the bottle. My first brewed that i've brewed alone. took me 3 hours and twenty minutes.

+6.5 it didn't come out quite right to my taste (old hops maybe) so I made a 16oz hop tea with 1 oz of Willamette's boiled for 5 minutes and added straight into the keg. Now is delicious. I might kill this keg this weekend...

don't know if anyone noticed, but posts #25 and #26 had the same total, as they were posted at the same time....

If it wasn't caught, +5 = 2176.5

(ten gallons worth of ingredients are on there way to my doorstep. Thanks Bewmaster's Warehouse!)
