Just bottled my 5 gallon batch. I am normally a Hop Head but this beer is excellent!!!! Can't wait until it carbs.

1100 Gallons and counting

My first AG as well, its clearing up still but taste great, even though I pulled it off primary about a day too soon. so
1120+5=1125

Brewed on NHD as well, only my second ever brew and it already tastes good when sampled. Really excited as my first beer (BB APA kit) still tastes awful after a month.

Huh, didn't realize this thread existed ^_^

+15 gallons = 1165

Used Wyeast #1099 or S-04, both worked out great (S-04 may have been slightly better)

Ya I've brewed 12 gallons myself. If I brew it again I would think about maybe using the WLP051 and mashing @ 156 or so.
