I made three, so far I have only opened one of them, the others are still doing the second fermentation in the bottle.
The one I tried was good but the aromatic part of the grape variety I used wasn't very noticeable... it was probably because I used little grape must, something I corrected in the other two I made, so I hope that in these ones the aromas of the grape variety that I used will be more noticeable.

At this time, in the northern hemisphere it is no longer possible to obtain grapes of the varieties used for wine, which are the most interesting for this (table grapes do not have as many aromas). In the southern hemisphere there are a few months left until the harvest, so you can get them more easily if you are from there. If you cannot wait until August/September/October to try. The recipe I made is simple and you can probably make better ones, but if you want I can give it to you.
