+ 6.0g Carl's Mailbox (Probably the best home-brew in the world)
= 2,368.7g
First glance I thought it said Maibock, then noticed it says mailbox when I came back to try search for the recipe(never brewed a maibock (or a mailbox) and thought what the hell it is may). What kind of beer is it and where can I find the recipe?

Sorry, name is too cute by half. This was my attempt at making a Carlsberg clone. Basic recipe was:

83% Bohemian Floor Malted Pilsner
6% Carapils
11% Clear Candi Sugar
1.5oz Hallertaur Hersbrucker
WLP850-Copenhagen Lager Yeast

Step Mash:
122 for 20 minutes
150 for 45 Minutes
161 for 45 Minutes
168 Mash Out for 10 Minutes

Fermented under pressure (15 PSI) at 64 degrees. 55-58 degrees if not under pressure.

Targeted:
OG: 1.043
IBUs: 21
SRM: 2.8
ABV: 4.8%

Cheers!

Nothing to be sorry about, thanks for sharing your recipe. The use of candy sugar is interesting, I will give it a try sometime. I did some looking at maibocks and it looks like I'm late anyway as they were traditionally meant for drinking in may so yours would be appropriate for the season.
