damn, and i so wanted to be the ONE! lol, i knew there were some biochemists here!

i brewed a batch yesterday, started at 10:30am, took a nap during the mash, the boil wasn't quite done at 10pm. couldn't keep my eyes open. said f'it, went to bed, this morning, i had to add some water to get the volume up, but don't think i added it all the way to 10, lol...but got 92% effec....

Malts: BARKE Pils, BARKE Munich, Carahell and Acidulated. Hops: Magnum. Yeast: WLP835...the suspected Andechs strain. Projected ABV 4.6%, IBU: 18.4
