How long will one step sanitizer solution last?

The typical ratio for the one step I use is 1tbsp/gallon. I usually do half batches when I dont need much. Can I cap a growler full of unused solution and use it in the future? Does it loose its ability to sanitize?

I've been told that it only sanitizes as long as it bubbles, as it's an oxygen-based type cleanser. I would say that would be a few hours, at best.

I don't know, but I wouldn't buy more in the future. Apparently it ins't even classified as a sanitizer anymore. Next time pick up starsan or (I forget the name of the other)

I use StarSan, but there's also idophor.
