Picked up my ZD clone grain bill today but now can't brew till this weekend. Since the grain is crushed will it still be ok? Should I put it in a big ziplock bag maybe? Thanks

Try to store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. It should be just fine.

Stored cool and airtight and it should be ok for 2-3 weeks. If you're worried you can make tea or crunch a few grains around your mouth to see if it tastes stale. It won't go truly bad for 6-8 months but taste deteriorates well before then.
