I started my second batch of beer yet on Saturday night, and I don't believe it has started fermenting yet. Am I in trouble?

Thanks

Are you looking for bubbles out of the airlock, because you may never see any. Only way to know is to take a gravity reading.

Take a look at the sticky thread at the top of this page "Fermentation can take 24 to 72 hrs to show visible signs". Lots of good information.

Let it ride. If you don't see anything in a day or two, it might be time to think about repitching, but don't hit the panic switch just yet.
