Hi,

Newbie to beer-making here. I'm hoping I can get some advice. One Saturday about 3 months ago, I made 3 batches of beer using all grain kits from Brooklyn Brew Shop. I got as far as the fermentation process -- leaving the new beer in (3) 1-gallon fermenting jugs with a 3-piece airlock on each one and tucked them away somewhere cool and dark. And, that's where I left them until I came across them today. Never mind why I left them there that long, there's no good answer. So, my question is - do I need to dump these due to how long they've sat or is it still possible to use them and finish the process? Thanks in advance for your help.

give them the "sniff-n-taste" test.

if it tastes like warm, flat beer, then package and go

if it smells like feet & a$$, then you might want to consider dumping

good luck!

Thank you for the advice, it's much appreciated.

Thank you, it's much appreciated.

Any suggestions as to what should I look for as far as infections go?
