So, in buying equipment, before being send out of the country for a year to work, I ended up with someone elses left over 2-row and frozen hops. Estimated age of both are 2-3 years old. Grain has been kept in a sealed container. Hops have been kept in freezer.

Are these any good anymore?
Is it worth it to even try for my first AG batch?
Should it all just be thrown out?
Or is there something else I can do with it?

I estimate 20lbs in grain and more than enough hops (if fresh) to make 2-3 IPA's. Not sure of variety of hops though.

Thanks again!

I say go with it if the grain is uncrushed and if the hops are in their vacuum pack bags no ziplocks. Also not knowing the hop types may make a different tasting IPA. If you brew with it and its horrendous don't let it discourage you from brewing.
Use the stuff and keep in mind that it may be past it's prime when its time to drink.
