My LHBS gave me an ounce of Belma hops, and I have some other left over hops. I am only doing a 3 gallon brew so as to maximize the use of the Belma hops. After reading all of the posts that I can it seems like Belma is pretty mild, so that is why I am going with a 75 to 25% split with the Cascade. Any suggestions?
