APA recipe

5 gallon batch

7.5# light DME

1 ounce Amarillo hops 60 minute boil

.5 ounce Spalt hops 10 minute boil

.5 ounce Sterling hops 3 minute boil

1 Table spoon Irish Moss 15 minute boil

Yeast: US-05 Safeale

1 ounce Amarillo dry hopped
1 ounce Cascade dry hopped

I already made it, just kind of curious if anyone can poke any holes in this recipe.

Sounds fairly hoppy, I've attempted dry hopping. I'm not sure on the results. I seem to get pretty good results for aroma when I put dry hops into the boil right before flame out - like three minutsor so.

How long do you wait to place the dry hops?

I'd probably save the Amarillo for aroma/flavor additions and use something easier to find for bittering.
