I had 5lbs 11oz of light DME laying around and didn't know what to do with it. I went to my lhbs and told them to throw a nut brown ale recipe together for me. Here's what I wound up with:

5lbs 11oz Muntons light DME
1 lb Muntons amber DME
8oz Crystal 60*
4oz Victory Grain
1oz Chocolate
1oz Willamette @ 60min
1oz Willamette @ 10min
Nottingham dry yeast

I brewed it last night. This gave me a SG of 1.063 and it is bubbling away happily. Actually it was too happy this morning frothing out of the airlock. I waited until that activity slowed and then cleaned the junk out of the airlock. She sure smells/looks purty. :D
