Thinking about brewing mid week since I am on PTO til the 7th. I have 6oz of cascade whole hops to start using, and divide up in to smaller packs and foodsaver em.
I have Kolsch yeast banked.
None of my other specialty malts seemed appropriate (mostly dark stuff, some crystal, caramunich, and wheat).
