My first recipe critique. Basically, I'm looking for a nice, malty session type "octoberfest". I'm not going to lager this one, so I'm thinking S-04 or perhaps a white labls kolsch yeast. Probably the S-04. It's a 3 gallon recipe. Do the percentages look about right for what I'm trying to do? I have a decent supply of grains so I can modify it a bit... and I know my efficiency sucks but it is what it is...

Looks pretty good. I used caramunich instead of crystal, but probably not alot of difference. I like having about half of the grain munich malt. I also like the WLP029 yeast for a mock-lager.
