A 13 gallon, or 50L keg, is more often from over seas. As such, you need to see what kind/style coupler it needs to connect to it. IF you cannot get the correct coupler, then you're stopped right there.
BTW, do you really want to lug around 13 gallons of home brew, plus the keg weight, to parties? I hope you have enough friends to help you set up with it. Not to mention a way to keep it cold while you're serving from it. IMO, better off using 5 gallon corny kegs. Or maybe even a 10 gallon corny keg, if you want to bring more in a single keg.
I have adapted a 50L keg to be a fermenter (for up to ~12 gallon batch size). Even then, I don't try to take it to the basement full of wort. I put up to 5 gallons into it first, take it to the basement, then put the balance of the wort into sanitized buckets which then get poured into the keg. Otherwise, there's no way I'd be able to move it. At least not without a strong friend.
