Hot scotchy time again!!

BEAUTIFUL brew day today.
When I started this morning, 56 degrees and sunny.
By the time I sparged it was still only 59 with a slight breeze.
Time for the first scotchy of the season
Mmmm....goooood

It's an almost-every-brew tradition for me. Lately I've been doing first runnings plus Aberlour 12.
