Was given a pile of ingredients for an all grain stout.
Anyone have any suggestions for hops for this grain bill?

13# Marris otter
1.6# roasted barley
11oz black
3# flaked barley

I'd use bittering hops only, at 60 minutes. The variety doesn't really matter, but I'd go with something "clean" and neutral like magnum or go English and use target or challenger, or EKG.

I was thinking the same 1.5 to 2 oz of ekg or fuggles at 60..

I have plenty of both on hand maybe 2 oz ekg at 60 and some fuggles at 10

The variety would matter if the IBUs are high. Contrary to common belief, you CAN sense the character and flavor from early boil hop additions. So it really depends if this will be hop heavy AND on what flavors you want from the hops, e.g. dank, piney, fruity, citrusy, etc.
