Why did I start brewing in the middle of the biggest hop shortage in 350 years*? Its impossible to find anything you need and compromising sucks.


*May not actually be biggest hop shortage in 350 years.
 
If you just started, why would compromise be a bad thing? Is it really a compromise when there's plenty of supply of newer hop varieties to experiment with? C'mon man, put the cook book away and have some fun! :mug:
 
Dont sweat it at all. There are plenty of substitutes out there.
