0.50 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00%] (15 min)

You put the target in when theres 60 minutes left or after 60 minutes have passed?

The goldings would be when there is 15 min left correct?

Yes you are correct, Target boil for an hour and the East Kent get boiled for 15 min then flame out

Once you have your wort boiling add the Target hops and start your 60 min timer. When you have 15 min left add the Goldings.
