I have some leftover Dark LME (6lbs. to be exact) I was planning on mashing some 2-row and Vienna malt then adding the LME to the boil. I'm also planning on adding some cold pressed coffee to make a Coffee Porter.

I have Whilamette (5.5oz), Northern Brewer (1oz) and Cluster (1 oz) Hops in the fridge.

for a 5 gallon batch which hops would work best for this and how much? Or would you suggest I get a different hop variety?

Also... timing it right, I'll be pulling a Youngers Special Bitter Clone off and thinking about pitching this beer ontop to the YSB Pacman yeast. Thoughts?

Thanks,

Cheers

Ok cool... 50/50 for bittering and aroma? or more for bittering so that the coffee isn't competing for the aroma?
