Hops combination (Target/Tettnang)

Hello guys,

Has anyone ever done a combination of using UK Target as bittering and using German Tettnang as a fishing hop? Im going for a light Ale. Something not too bitter but sweet with a nice aroma.

If not, can anyone give me an input on if this if this a good idea? Im rather new at this but i like to experiment a bit.

I know asking this is a long shot but i just wanted a few inputs before i venture to the unknown.

I'm sure someone has. Maybe subbing in the Tettnang for a low AA english variety. Considering what your goals are I think it would work fine.

Stone used Target in the early Enjoy By beers. I had never used it before this past weekend when I did an Enjoy By clone and let me tell you that Target is NASTY. Smelled like the worst cheese you've ever smelled... and I have a pound of this crap.
