I noticed the owner of a local Wine Makers store pulling the hops and yeast out of a fridge in the store, my first expedition into the world of beer making will be with a kit - after looking through all the supplies I was reminded of dude pulling these two things out of his fridge for a buddy I was with...should I do the same, storing them in the fridge to keep them cool?

edit: they are not Hop Pellets but a single pack of Bittering Leaf Hops, does this make any difference?

Ah, thank you thank you. Would make sense, keep em fresh right?
Obviously not the freezer tho, right?
