I usually stay away from wheat beers, but I had a great one a few weeks ago at Revolution Brewing in Chicago called Monument:

It is smooth from the oats with a refreshing wheat taste, and a fairly surprising hop flavor from the dry hop. A great summer beer.

I have an attempt below as a 3 gallon partial mash. This is my first recipe attempt so please let me know if I am way off or if you think it would be worth a try:

8.0 oz White Wheat Malt (2.4 SRM) Grain 1
8.0 oz Oats, Flaked (1.0 SRM) Grain 2
2 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 3
0.3 oz Centennial [10.0%] - Boil 60 min Hops 4
0.2 oz Centennial [10.0%] - Boil 15 min Hops 5
0.2 oz Crystal [3.5%] - Boil 5 min Hops 6
1 pkgs SafAle English Ale (DCL/Fermentis #S-04) Yeast 7
2 lbs Wheat Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) Grain 8
0.5 oz Centennial [10.0%] - Dry Hop 5 days Hops 9
0.8 oz Crystal [3.5%] - Dry Hop 5 days Hops 10

Looks pretty good to me if the specs match - from the description sounds like it's not a supper hoppy beer overall but with decent aroma, I think you're in line with that.
