I'm making a beer for a friend's wedding. I thought to make something similar to Three Floyds Gumball Head, though I'm not trying to make a clone. Just looking for some advice on what I've put together as far as making something friendly to the masses as well as interesting and flavorful.

Dont forget rice hulls. i have not used red wheat or cara munich before, so not sure what they bring to the table. The beer i made was supposed to be similar to southern tier's ubersun.

I did the following, also inspired by Gumball Head, and it ended up being very quaffable. I think the key is trying to keep the IBUs relatively similar with each hop addition, that way bitterness is spread across the boil and doesn't compete with flavor and aroma...or at least I think that's how it works.

My original plan was to do all Amarillo, but then I did a big order from hopsdirect and got a pound of Columbus. They were all out of Amarillo. So I figured, hey, I'll still use a little Amarillo, but also toss in plenty of the Columbus.
