Hello everybody. Just trying to make a shelf stable fizzy hop water for events where alcohol is frowned upon (and to save money!). Hope you guys can help!

Reading a ton of blogs about how to make this, mainly these articles (not exhaustive) help give an idea about how to make this stuff at home:

https://homebrewacademy.com/how-to-make-hop-water/
https://www.topekabrewers.com/2019/01/26/hop-water/
etc

And to make the beverage last longer, many have suggested to purge the container with CO2, add some yeast, add some stevia, add citric acid to lower the pH, etc.

Just wondering if there are any super pro methods to do this, along with more details like:
- Which non-commercial (homebrew-size) CO2 equipment to use?
- What are some natural (or organic) preservatives that we can use to make this last at least 6 months?
- Any recommended carbonation gear that we can look into? Would a SodaStream work, or are there more professional equip that can give a psi reading?
- Would using CO2 hop extracts help make the beverage more beer-like?
