Citrusy and Piney (Separate) IPAs
Hello, I am new to the forum...long time reader, first time poster. After moving to All Grain this was the IPA recipe I developed. I really liked the simplicity of the grain bill and despite it being "unimaginative" I still feel like its pretty solid. I brewed this twice with different hop bills. The first came out citrusy and it was good but it wasn't what I had set my mouth to. I tried again with the different hop bill and got the "piney" taste I was after. I put both recipes below. Any critiques and suggestions are welcome as long as they're above the belt.

Disclaimer: I dry hopped the "Piney " version of this recipe in the keg with 1oz of Chinook and 1oz of Simcoe. It's a wonderful blend of hops! I know I spent a lot of time talking about the grain bill in an IPA instead of how awesome the hop selections were in my previous post but just trust me that the hop selections are pretty awesome in either blend. If you choose to brew this I think you'll be happy with the results....I am.
