When I add the hops into my wort I just get green foam on the top. Is this normal? I stir pretty well when adding the extract and when adding the hops. Seeing the green foam makes me want to stir continuously. Should I?
 
You can, but generally it will fall back down after the hot break is over.
 
Wait until you dry hop :D

The only thing I make sure of is that half my hops don't end up plastered in a ring above the boil. Usually I will stir them in after I add then to stop this.
