Long time reader, first time poster, this site is amazing, etc etc :rockin:

I'm planning my first AG batch but I'm not sure about the recipe. It would be much more straightforward, but I'm currently living in Seoul and homebrew supplies (particularly base malt) are kind of hard to come by. I know some people who do home malting, but I'm really not ready for that. Anyway...based on the grains that I have left over from partial mash batches I've made and what I can get from the homebrew store here, I've made the following recipe. I'm confident it will be beer, but...I'm not so confident if it will be any good! Any help is appreciated!!

Welcome,
Your specialty malts shouldn't exceed 10% of your recipe.
I would scale those down to not exceed 10% total.
I would also bump up the base malts if you can.
Good luck,
Bull

I'd remove the 45 minute hop additions- add the columbus to the 60 min and move the 45 minute cascade to either 5 minutes, flameout or dryhop...just my two cents
