I'm thinking of making a Belgian ale and considered using Amarillo or citra at like 20min left and 5 mins left to complement the fruity esters that you get in a Belgian. Has anyone done something like this? Any success? Any suggestions?

Tank 7 and Saison-Brett by Boulevard both use Amarillo hops, and I plan on dry hopping my saison with an oz of them soon. I think you're on the right track and should be just fine!
