I am doing the St. Rogue Red Ale Clone from BYO 250 Clone Book.

The recipe calls for:
1 oz Chinook @ 60
1 oz Centennial @ Hopback (flameout?)

Their recipe is 42 IBU, although I'm not sure how they got that.

Naturally LHBS didn't have either Chinook nor Centennial and I came away with Citra and Columbus.

Should I just do an even swap?

I'd use the Columbus for bittering and the Citra for the late addition; it should be pretty close (although I think c-bus is a little high AA% than chinook)
