I'm new and just learning all about the brewing process!
I have been a little disappointed with the results of the coopers kits. So I had a Thomas cooper selection bitter to put on so I changed it up a bit threw some malt booster plus in and dry hopped with 25g of saaz hops that I had lying around and god I can't believe the difference!!
Three days the hops have been in (the brew has been on for a week now) and the flavor and aroma is so dramatically different. I tasted the sample i took for the gravity reading today lol..
Would it be ok for me to leave it in the primary for 2-3 weeks then keg it?
