Anyone try this yet? BIL got me this kit for XMAS. I've only done 1 extract batch before. Not crazy with all the crystal malts and the fact that the extracts are usually only 75-80% fermentable so I'm adding some corn sugar to dry it up a bit. Might even ditch the C-10. Also adding some dry hops in case these experimental hops are too grapefruity for my liking...
