Hopback - N00b - questions

I have a few questions on hop backs in general, First is this only for Hot wort to run through or could you Hook this up to a kegeraitor? I usually only set my kegeraitor at 8-12 PSI if i hooked one up between the Keg and the tap would any of the home made ones hold the pressure? Also would i get anything out of this or would the first two beers be super hopy aroma and the rest just be Blah? i assume it's like a different way to dry hop.

They do make hopbacks for kegerators that hook up right before the faucet.

If you are kegging your beer. Why don't you dry hop in the keg? I don't have any experience with "Hop Backs" so I can't help ya there....
