If I make up a hop tea,say using saaz pellets can I just use this with a coopers or muntons lager LME and some light DME and expect a decent tasting pilsner?what about temp for secondary fermentation? An inquiring mind asks for help.

Maybe? Are you trying to come up with a scratch recipe? You can certainly add hops to an extract brew, but there are a lot of things to consider. Is the LME pre hopped? Length of boil for your "tea" before adding extracts to get your IBU's where you want them and timing of any late additions for flavor and aroma? What yeast are you planning on using (will determine the primary and secondary temps as well as finished flavor)?

Sorry for so many questions, but will certainly need more information to answer yours better.
