Hop substitution

Going to brew an ESB this weekend. I have a decent recipe for a Fullers clone, but my local HBS doesn't have every hop I need. I found some substitution charts, but was wondering if you have used these as decent subs:

Northdown sub is Northern Brewer
Target sub is Fuggle

Any thoughts?

I think kent goldings can be used for fuggles. Not sure though

according to BYO's hop lovers guide, target can be substituted with fuggle, willamette, and magnum.

Going with the Northern Brewer hops. Just bought my whole list.

I just brewed that recipe this morning. I got my Northdown hops from Farmhouse Brewing Supply (an HBT vendor), but I had to buy 4 oz, so I have extra. If you can wait, PM me your address & I'll put an ounce in the mail to you.
