Doing an American Wheat Beer. Calls for 1.5 oz of Willamette. I only have
1 oz. I looked on some comparison charts and I don't have any of the most recommended substitutes. This will be for the whole 60 minute boil.

Here's what I do have:

Perle
Columbus
Crystal
Cluster
Cascade
Magnum (Yakima)
Spalt
Vanguard leaf

What would you substitute for the other 1/2 ounce??

It's not going to matter much. I'd personally go with the cascades as they might lend a bit of a citrus touch which would complement a wheat beer well.

Since it's for bittering and not for flavor and/or aroma, I would use whichever had the closest AAUs to the Willamette. That way you can add 1/2 ounce without any adjustments. My preference would probably be for spalt or perle.
