Hope this is a easy one. I can't believe this but both of my lhbs do not have columbus hops. What would be a good substitute? I have warrior, centennial, cascade, Amarillo, simcoe would any of these work ? Thanks

E-bay had 10 Oz of columbus T-90 for 99 cents an ounce with free shipping last night.
But I bought all ten...sorry.
On a lighter note they also had 6 pounds of Summit(16.5 -19.5 AAU) for $7.95 per pound
and I only bought 2 of them. So,all is not lost.

Well here's the wonder of homebrewing. I said F' it !! and completely made a different recipe I'll post it here tell me what you all think. I'm gonna post it in the recipe section as well if it turns out well.
