Hop steeping Ball

Anyone on here who uses one of these for dry hopping, I'm, about to dry hop in a keg, and was thinking of using one....How much whole leaf can you cram into one of these....Have you ever had an issue with the hops expanding and busting the ball open....

I have 2 of them, and 1 oz. of whole leaf cascade that I would like to dry hop with...

I think they are too small for proper utilization of the hops. Have one and don't use it. Better off with nylon paint strainer bag.

use a nylon bag and put something like a couple marbles in it to get it to sink....
