I am brewing an IPA today and using a hop spider for the first time. I don't normally use one but I am trying to limit loss on this recipe. Late hops alone in recipe calls for 3 oz of hops in the last 10 minutes of the boil (10, 5 and flameout). I am concerned about utilization of the late hops with the spider. Any comments or advice are appreciated.
