hop schedule help

Can I get some recipe help!?!

I have two grain bills. Help me with the hops.

Grain bill 1
Bohemian pills. 7lb
Munich malt. 1 1/2 lb
Cara pils. 1/2 lb

Grain bill 2
Pale malt. 6 1/2 lb
Pale choc. 1 lb
Smoked 2 row. 1 lb
Victory. 1 lb
Cara pils. 1/2 lb

Available hops 1 ounce each
Fuggle
Kent Golding
Progress
Halletau

Help/thoughts or any other ideas?
I am using US-05 for one and German ale yeast for the other

I found 2oz of simcoe but don't think they will go with these.
I do need to use them sometime though.

What styles are you aiming for?

Grain Bill 1= APA?
Grain Bill 2= Brown Ale? Rauchbier? (I say the latter because a little smoked malt goes a long way)

I wasn't really aiming for any style. I wanted a pils but I don't lager yet. So I was going to do a kolch but the lbs didn't have any yeast. So I went with a German ale yeast.

On the other I was thing about a mild brown. A local brewer has used some smoke malt in different recipes and turned out well so I thought I would play with it a bit.

I should also add this will be the first time I will be building water from 100% distilled.
